Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes! We offer what we call Decor Whimsy Package Protection. 

Although we take great care in our shipping practices and procedures, Shipping Protection allows us to provide you with extended protection against lost, stolen, or damaged packages during the shipping process. Package Protection can be easily added to your order at checkout for an item-specific fee. Should an issue arise with your order during the shipping process, please file a claim through our online claims portal.

Making a Purchase: When you purchase Package Protection at checkout, it will be applied to your entire order. For example, if you have five items in your cart, you will have one Package Protection plan that covers all items in the event they are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Product Coverage: The Package Protection Plan covers orders up to $15,000 shipped anywhere within the United States. All items in your Decor Whimsy. order are eligible to be covered by this plan.

How big is the box or boxes my tree comes in? 

Box sizes vary based on the tree you order. Sizes are listed below:   

  • Norway 7’ Faux Spruce Tree: 129.5 x 36.8 x 44.5 CM  

  • Snowy Norway 7’ Faux Tree: 129.5 x 36.8 x 44.5 CM

How do the tree lights work? What settings are there? 

All tree lights include a timer and 8 functions for customized use. Lights are timed for 8 hours on and 16 hours off, starting from the time the controller is turned on. This timing cycle continues until the controller is manually turned off. To use the controller, follow these steps:   

  • Hold the button until the controller lights up (this begins the 8-hours on, 16-hours off timer)  

  • Press the button to toggle to the next lighting function  

  • Hold the button to turn the controller and timer off  

The lighting functions are as follows:   

  • Steady on  

  • In waves  

  • Sequential  

  • Slow glow  

  • Chasing/flash  

  • Slow fade  

  • Twinkle/flash  

  • Combination   

How long is the cord? Do I need an extension cord? 

All wires are 5 meters long, making them suitable for most spaces without the use of additional electric cords. If you are styling the tree in a position further than 5 meters from an outlet, however, you will need an extension cord. 

How do I properly fluff my tree to achieve the look I see on the site? 

This depends on the tree you’ve ordered. Each product in the Norway Collection is a steel-wire tree, and only requires you to open the top part of the tree for it to be display-ready. Beyond this, little to no fluffing is required. For trees in our Grandis Collection, spread the leaves evenly at an angle of about 45 degrees. 

Only half of the lights on my tree are working. How do I fix it? 

This may be that the electric tube is not in good contact. To fix, re-insert the upper and lower sections of the tree to reassemble, then gently shake left and right. If problems persist, please contact our customer service team at (385) 380-4446 for further assistance. 

How much assembly is required? 

Each tree is assembled in sequence using parts A, B, C, and D according to instructions in the manual. Each part is electric, so you do not need to connect the upper and lower light strings as long as the transformer is connected to your power supply. 

How heavy of a tree topper can I place on the top of my tree without it folding over? 

We don’t advise placing heavy items on top of the tree. Use caution in placing any tree decor and test their weight on a lower branch first. 

Are the trees outdoor rated? Do they need to be in a covered porch or area? 

No, these trees are not suitable for outdoor use. They are each exclusively rated for indoor use.
